Brian Loeb

Senior associate

Brian Loeb is an associate in BFA's Policy Practice. He served as the project manager for BFA's engagement with the Better Than Cash Alliance and has led efforts to develop and promote a methodology to understand the incentives to shift to digital payments from cash and cheques by governments, corporate value chains, and development partners. He also helps lead BFA's work on building the usage and sustainability of geospatial data for financial inclusion. Prior to joining BFA, Brian worked as a public opinion researcher in California, advising political campaigns, government agencies, and corporate clients. Brian completed his M.A. (Negotiation and International Law) at The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
