Using a combination of data analytics and client research, BFA is working with the OPTIX institutions to identify patterns in customers’ financial behaviors and decision making, determine which customer segments may benefit from cross-sell and what cross-sell strategies are appropriate for each segment. At the same time, BFA also supports data and business case analysis to provide the institutions with insights into the financial benefits (or drawbacks) of different sustainable product combinations. OPTIX supports financial institutions through a three step process to:
- Design analytical frameworks and a business case to test and identify opportunities to increase cross-sell of financial services to customers
- Develop the cross-sell strategy leveraging customer insights research
- Implement, monitor and reevaluate the cross-sell strategy via pilots
